Andrew Hovet has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry working for both banks and advisory firms. At Novantas, Andrew assists clients with their distribution network challenges – balancing the traditional focus on physical distribution with the importance of leading digital capabilities in the face of changing customer preferences. Andrew has demonstrated success in helping clients optimize their retail branch networks and is leading the development of Novantas’ digital banking practice area. During his banking career, Andrew led teams across the breadth of retail delivery channels, including retail and small business sales, contact center sales and service, and digital strategy and operations. Andrew is a frequent presenter at industry conferences including CBA Live and American Banker on topics including customer experience, sales performance and digital banking. Prior to joining Novantas, Andrew served in leadership roles at IBERIABANK, Capital One, and Accenture. Andrew holds a degree in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University.
