Joseli Wright is AVP, Retail Banking Strategy/Member Experience at SECU Credit Union, Maryland’s largest Credit Union with $3.2 Billion in Assets. Over twenty years of financial services industry experience in retail banking strategy, retail network transformation, organizational development, sales and service, engagement, ATM, ITMs, retail store distribution, branding and customer experience. She has led SECU’s transformation from traditional teller delivery to Interactive Teller machines. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development. Joseli completed Harvard’s Design Thinking & Darden’s Challenge of Transformational Leadership Certifications and is currently pursuing her CCXP Certification.
