Joel is Chief Operating Officer at The MSR Group, a full-service market research company specializing in customer experience measurement, brand awareness, and advertising and creative testing. Joel has over 20 years’ experience in market research and customer experience consulting. In addition to his work with award-winning banks such as Bank of the West, Huntington National Bank, and Rabobank, Joel has supported many national brands such as Starbucks, Victoria’s Secret, Subway, FedEx, Chick-fil-A, Walgreens, Hallmark, and PetSmart. Joel provides clients with direction and solutions to increase customer and employee loyalty, brand advocacy, and financial performance. Joel received both his doctorate and master’s degrees from Tulane University and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis. He has presented at numerous conferences and has co-authored articles in several organizational research publications.
