Art Stevens

ART STEVENS is president of retail banking at Trustmark, headquartered in Jackson, Mississippi.With more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Stevens has enjoyed the customer service side of banking in a variety of capacities and locations.He has a unique perspective on the fundamental role banks play in the development of the local community and has been asked to speak on various related topics, from leadership to careers to the latest outlook for the economy. Mr. Stevens earned his BS and MBA degrees from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi.He completed the programs of Leadership Mississippi, the Mississippi School of Banking and the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University. He serves on a number of other organizational boards as well. In his leisure time, Mr. Stevens enjoys family activities with his wife Becky and three children (Carol Ann, Sam and Mary Beth) and teaching Sunday School at First Baptist Church in Jackson, Mississippi
