Christopher Olinick

Chris currently serves as the Vice President of Branches (Orlando Region) for Partners Federal Credit Union, a $1.7 billion institution serving the employees, cast, crew and imagineers of The Walt Disney Company. During his 12 years at Partners, Chris’ leadership expanded beyond traditional Member Services including lending, business development and call center operations. He also championed the creation of Partners’ Loan Phone and Web Center. In his current role as VP, Chris’ responsibilities include increasing revenue, driving membership and loan growth and delivering on quality service standards. Chris has also been called upon as a strategic partner to champion several Member Service delivery improvements and cross-functional alignment initiatives for various business units. 

Chris has worked in the finance industry for the past 25 years, leading a variety of lending, business development and member services teams. Over the past eight years at Partners, the credit union has enjoyed more than double the industry averages for net membership growth (11%) while attaining its loan and deposit growth goals. In addition, the credit union has expanded its footprint, stretching beyond the three major market areas to assist the remote employee base of The Walt Disney Company. 

Personal Bio: Chris is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and holds a B.A. in Management and Psychology, earning high honors as an International Business Honor Society member from the University of Phoenix. He was born and raised in Philadelphia and currently resides in Windermere, Florida with his wife and six fur babies. Chris enjoys staying active, cruising the world, marine aquariums hobby and working on sports cars.
