• Don Beck Ph.D., is the President and CEO of The MSR Group a 70-year-old full market research firm. I have helped develop CX measurement programs for financial institutions from large multi-nationals to small credit unions. My passion is ensuring meaningful CX data is collected well and in a way that ensures it is meaningful, and, most importantly, actionable. My latest focus has been harnessing AI to collect CX data better, faster, and cheaper.
