Karen Gutiérrez

Karen Gutiérrez joined U.S. Bank in 2009 as the first marketing employee dedicated full-time to social media. She leads the social content team that produces day-to-day social content for the bank and interacts with the public across all major social channels. In 2023, the team expanded to include the first in-house creative team for social, replacing agency support. Prior to U.S. Bank, Karen launched and managed an online moms community for Gannett Co. She spent 20 years in newspaper journalism before becoming a social media marketer.
