Like many of you I am passionate about the customer experience. As Chief Retail Banking Officer for Tri City National Bank (Oak Creek, WI), a good day is when an engaged employee makes a difference in the life of a customer. If our teams do this well then everything else will fall in place. I have been in the banking industry for the last 30 years (wow-I had to even pause with that number because I continue to learn more every day) and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management from Carroll University. Here’s what I know, while we will continue to see changes in our industry through technology, the one thing that won’t change … how we make our customers feel matters.
