Matt Levandowski

Matthew Levandowski is the President and CEO of Heritage Family Credit Union, located in Rutland, Vermont. Heritage Family Credit Union is the 4th largest credit union in the state, serving over $50,000 members, with assets of $740 million and 10 branch locations throughout south central Vermont and New Hampshire. Matt has served in numerous capacities over his 30-year career at Heritage Family, with the last 10 years as the credit unions Chief Executive. He’s earned both his CUES Certified Chief Executive (CCE) and the National Credit Union Foundation’s Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designations along the way. In 2020, Levandowski was named Rutland County’s Business Leader of the Year by the Chamber and Economic Development of the Rutland Region. At the end of 2023, Matt plans to step down as the credit union’s CEO and embark on a well-deserved retirement.
