Michelle Peterson

Michelle Peterson is the Chief Member Experience Officer at A+ Federal Credit Union, located in Austin TX. Michelle oversees over 300 employees who work in 22 branches, two call centers, a team of retail operations analysts, business development, wealth management, and a team of Retail Data Analyst. With over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the financial services industry with a keen focus on member and employee engagement, she's had the pleasure of working collaboratively to create positive team morale and highly productive teams throughout. Obtaining her education later in life (it’s never too late!), she holds a bachelor's in business management and a master's in management & organizational leadership.
