Nikki Butler

Nikki Butler is a Retail Director with 18 years of branch experience with STCU. She oversees thirteen branch locations with more than 120 team members, including five District Branch Managers and a Member Experience Manager. Nikki holds a master’s degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University, as well as undergraduate degrees specializing in business and organizational management. She is a regional board member for the College Success Foundation and has a passion for removing barriers to higher education for those graduating high school in her community. Nikki is a Spokane native. She and her husband, Chris, have a son, and enjoy spending time at their favorite local lake, boating, hiking, and enjoying everything that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
