Rene Alfaro

Rene Alfaro has over 25 years of financial service experience and was involved in branch transformation, cash automation and led the Universal Banker initiative at a large community bank headquartered in San Antonio. He joined Texas Partners Bank in October 2020 to help redesign their Retail Banking distribution network. This included the creation of a new Client Experience initiative that is supporting the three markets Texas Partners Bank supports. The markets are in Austin, San Antonio and across the Texas Hill County. He has held positions in Retail Branch Management, Operational Leadership and Call Center oversight. He is currently working closely with key partners across the organization to provide leadership and direction for the profitable and operational support across the sales and service teams. He has ownership of the banks’ call center strategy and is focused on delivering a seamless customer experience regardless of channel utilization. He is an agile leader with proven success in team development and change leadership.
