Alex Lee is a senior product and content manager in physical network planning, and serves as the Director of Distribution Solutions at Novantas. Alex has over 11 years of experience supporting retail banks to solve a wide range of analytically driven problems including: price optimization, customer segmentation and targeting, multi-channel customer behavior analysis, as well as a wide range of topics across the physical and non-physical distribution space. Alex’s work focuses on delivering data, models and tools that provide clients with leading edge insights into network planning and optimization functions, helping analysts and retail strategists utilize practical strategic frameworks and data to make smarter decisions about the network. These results are delivered through Novantas’ StrataScape™ platform, a web-based software solution that Alex has led the development and enhancement of for the last 7 years. Alex received his BA in Applied Mathematics and MA in Statistics from Harvard University.
