FROM TRANSACTIONS TO RELATIONSHIPS: ELEVATING CX IN A TRUST-DRIVEN ERA

8:50 AM Keynote: Reimagining the Future of Branch Banking: From Transaction Centers to Experience Destinations

Retail banking is at an inflection point. Customers now interact with their financial institution every three days across multiple channels, making each touchpoint critical to satisfaction and loyalty. While traditional banking focused on deposits and transactions, today's consumers expect something entirely different: an always-on, always-available experience that blends the convenience of digital with the trust of local community presence. This keynote explores how community banks and credit unions can transform their branches from cost centers into competitive advantages. Drawing inspiration from Apple's retail revolution, we'll demonstrate how integrated technology solutions can create right-sized branches that deliver modern banking revolution. From AI-powered lobby management to in-branch video banking that increases account openings by 60%, we'll showcase practical strategies that maintain your community anchor while expanding service accessibility through virtual delivery. The future belongs to institutions that can seamlessly blend physical and digital experiences. We'll show you how to leverage customer data for personalization, optimize branch footprints for efficiency, and create the kind of memorable interactions that drive loyalty in an increasingly competitive landscape. Building better branches, one visit at a time.
