Brittany Johnson joined United Heritage Credit Union in 2017, bringing a background that spans banking, human resources, and talent acquisition. After beginning her career at Wells Fargo, she discovered a passion for developing people and processes, later earning her degree in Human Resources from Texas A&M University. At UHCU, Brittany advanced from Talent Acquisition Specialist to Manager before stepping into her current role as AVP of Talent Management, where she oversees both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
Brittany is passionate about building programs that align with UHCU’s core values of Commitment, Innovation, Integrity, and Above & Beyond, while fostering collaboration across the organization. She is especially motivated by UHCU’s culture of continuous learning and community engagement, serving as a board member for the UHCU Charity Foundation. Her vision for Talent Management is to streamline processes, deliver consistent training, and empower leaders to grow—ultimately enhancing UHCU’s impact on its employees, members, and community.
