Charlene Henson

Charlene Henson, Senior VP/ Chief Retail Officer, is responsible for the performance of 27 retail branches and Operation Support for the credit union. During her career Charlene has successfully managed several program conversions, supported branch teams through system adoptions and led teams in a sales and service environment. 25 years of credit union experience has cultivated Charlene’s rich financial service knowledge and interpersonal management skills. Charlene has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
