An Industry thought leader that has been a featured speakers at several conferences, podcasts, written publications, and is on faculty at CBA Executive Banking School.   Currently works as Executive Vice President, Director of Customer Experience for WesBanco Bank a 28 Billion Dollar Regional Community Bank headquartered in Wheeling, WV with 250 branches in 9 States     He resides in his hometown of Freeport, PA with his beautiful wife of 26 years, Gayle and thier three amazing sons.  He is avid sports fan, adventurous foodie, and loves to travel with his family.
