Kelly Young is Executive Director of Operational Efficiency at Blue Sky Bank, where he leads initiatives to enhance branch operations and drive deposit and loan growth across the bank’s Cushing locations. With a strong background in project management and business process improvement, Kelly focuses on building efficient, scalable systems that improve branch performance and strengthen the customer experience.

Kelly is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and the as well as the Bank Operations Institute at the Southwest Graduate School of Banking. Kelly also serves on the Board of the Cushing Economic Development Foundation and the Central Oklahoma Business and Job Development Corporation.
