Melissa Woodworth has served in the financial industry for 22 years and has worked for RBFCU for 18 years. In her role of Vice President Branch Operations DFW, which she has served in for the past 9 years, she has grown the DFW market and seen it expand from the first 3 branches to now 9. Her passion is mentoring and seeing her managers grow and flourish. She has authored a book entitled "Tiny Miracles" and speaks on the topic of infertility and infant loss.
