With over 20 years of banking experience, Stacy has served in multiple roles and capacities. Each opportunity has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to be an effective leader at Regent Bank. As the Director of Client Experience, she oversees the management of the client services team and daily branch operations, providing training and guidance as needed. She continually develops and implements updated policies and procedures to safeguard their clients and increase efficiencies. She also strategizes with other departments regularly to ensure they are prepared for future growth.
