We all know small business is vital to local economies. Equally important are the services SMBs are provided by their financial institutions. However, the traditional approach to serving SMBs is changing as financial institutions close night drops, end cash over the counter, and reduce banking footprints.
In the face of these changes, how do banks remain competitive and operationally efficient for their SMB customers? How do they provide the services needed by these businesses that are such an integral part of their communities?
One financial institution is working hard to meet these needs as it navigates the changes. In this session hear how they are using self-service solutions wrapped in a utility model to achieve operational intensity reduction and better cost management, while growing the service endpoints for everyday banking in the SMB community.
