Stuart Salembier is Senior Vice President, Member Engagement & Channel Deliver, at Municipal Credit Union (MCU) in New York, NY. Founded in 1916, the $4.3B asset MCU serves over 600,000 members, primarily but not exclusively government workers who keep the Greatest City in the World running. At MCU, he is responsible for retail delivery channels, including the branch network, contact center, and the 170-machine ATM network along with our facilities and physical security teams. Among his many accomplishments at MCU, he has overseen efforts that reduced ASA (average speed to answer) at the contact center by 67% by implementing a state-of-the-art contact center solution, leading to increased member as well as employee satisfaction.Stuart has 22 years of experience in credit unions, beginning his career as a teller at Bethpage FCU. A graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh, he serves on the Valera Contact Center Advisory Committee and on the Member Development Corporation’s Instinctive Banking Advisory Committee.
