Has held various Retail Banking positions with a steady progression of higher authority and responsibility over 30 years. Extensive experience in the management of large groups of branches and in sales management. Diverse background includes In-Store Branch Strategies and the de novo Branch process. In addition to other community activism, currently serves as Immediate Past President for the Howard County Arts Council Board of Directors.
