Nominating colleagues, or clients, is an opportunity to recognize outstanding work, celebrate industry innovation, and showcase achievements in front of the retail banking community.

Outstanding Branch Design
Celebrating the best in colors, textures, layout and style, our outstanding branch design award will be open to nominations for both branch renovations and brand new builds.
SubmitMost Effective Technology Implementation
From ITM's and cash recyclers to digital signage and video conferencing, our Most Effective Technology Implementation Award will recognize not only the innovative technology chosen by the bank or credit union but also the way it was implemented and adopted by employees and customers. When nominating a person/institution for this category, please highlight ONE particular piece of technology that was implemented.
SubmitBest Initiative to Promote Financial Inclusion and/or Literacy
This award will recognize the institution that has provided innovative products or set up programs within it's various communities with the aim of providing for the unbanked, underbanked or those facing financial hardship.

Rules
- Nominations must be received by 5PM EST Friday, Sept 4, 2026.
- Vendor partners can certainly nominate clients, but only bank and credit unions are eligible for nominations.
- Self-nominations are permitted for all categories.
- The finalists are selected by a panel of independent judges selected by the Future Branches team.
Winners
- Winners will be announced and recognized at Future Branches Austin this December.
- Receive a complimentary one night stay at the Hilton Austin during the event.
