Amy Stevens is the Senior Vice President of Member Experience at GreenState Credit Union, the largest credit union in Iowa with more than 450,000 members and $10B in assets. She is responsible for their multi-channel contact center, NPS program and the member experience initiative within GreenState. Her expertise lies in understanding member needs, optimizing member journeys and driving organizational growth. Over the years, she has successfully led cross-functional teams to implement technology and process solutions that improve member engagement and streamline operations.
