Anita Murphy

Anita Murphy started her career at Grow Financial in 2013 as a Relationship Specialist and was quickly promoted to store leadership in 2014. She became the Regional Executive in South Carolina in 2016 and transitioned into the role of Vice President of Retail Operations in summer of 2022. Anita is a passionate leader who is focused on developing team members to their fullest potential. During her time at Grow, she has worked closely with the training department to launch coaching tools to help leaders develop their teams to the next level. Anita received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 2009. She is married to her husband, Mike, and has two children. In her free time, Anita loves traveling and making memories with her family.
