Brady Williams

Brady is a seasoned banking professional with a solid background in accounting and significant experience in retail banking operations. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University in 2020, followed by his MACC from Western Governors University in 2023. In the same year, he completed the Executive Development Program with the Utah Bankers Association, honing his leadership and executive management capabilities. His career began at Mountain America Credit Union, where he served as a Teller (MSR) before progressing to roles such as Loan Officer (FSR) and later, Assistant Manager. Moving to State Bank of Southern Utah, he continued to ascend, first as an Operations Manager and subsequently as an Area Operations Manager, overseeing multiple branches and ensuring smooth operations across the organization. Currently, he serves as the Branch Administration Manager, responsible for overseeing all area managers and the efficient management of 17 branches within the retail banking division. His leadership, coupled with his in-depth expertise in bank operations and accounting, has made him a pivotal figure in driving the bank's growth and operational success.
