Brian Porter

Glory Professional Services assists FI’s on issues related to change management, branch transformation, channel optimization, efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and consumer experience. This is accomplished through our four teams; Business Consultants, Technology Consultants, Project Management, and Training teams.

Porter has more than 25 years of experience in retail banking and strategy consulting, with particular expertise in developing and implementing strategies to transform the branch consumer experience and increase operational efficiency. He spent the first half of his career on the business development side as an Account Manager and National Account Manager for Glory solving FI cash management issues. He worked and lived in Western Europe, consulting with major FI’s in France/Belgium/Netherlands/Germany as they transformed their branch networks throughout Western Europe. For the past six years, he led two different Advisory Services Organizations in the FI space, developing a Change Management strategy for FI’s as they move into different delivery channels and focus more on the consumer experience. Porter holds a BA in International Relations from Western Washington University and currently resides in Seattle, Washington, with his wife and son.
