Cathy Dudley

Cathy Dudley is the executive vice president responsible for digital banking and customer experience at First Bank, a $5.5 billion in assets institution with more than 100 branches across the Carolinas. In her 15 plus year career with First Bank she has overseen online banking, call center, training, marketing, bank card and treasury services.  Prior to joining First Bank, Dudley spent 14 years as an advisory consultant with KPMG and Towers Perrin serving community banks in the Southeast where she was focused on strategic planning and improving branch operations.
