Charles Shasky

Charles is the AVP of Learning and Development at United Heritage Credit Union. He takes great pride in fostering a positive culture, developing strong leaders, and promoting organizational efficiency. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Colorado Technical University and holds several certifications, including Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Integrity Coaching, Kizan Six Sigma, and Predictive Index. Charles has also served on the Michigan Credit Union League Chapter Education (MCUL) board and was recognized by the Association for Talent Development’s international Best Award. He lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife Tina, two children (Lily & CJ), and two energetic dogs.
