Chris Boler
Chris is Chief Member Experience Officer at ORNL FCU, leading the Retail, Call Center, ITM, Facilities, and Wealth Management divisions. He joined ORNL FCU in 2010, advancing through mortgage and retail leadership roles before serving as President & CEO of 7, LLC from 2016 to 2024, when he stepped into his current role. Chris holds a B.S. in Business Management from Carson-Newman University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee-Martin. He is a graduate of the Southeast Regional CUNA Management School, where he earned the Hugh Watson Award for leadership excellence, and holds a Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation from CUES. He resides in East Tennessee and serves on the advisory boards of the Boys & Girls Club of the Tennessee Valley and The Salvation Army – Knoxville Command. Above all, Chris is a proud husband and father of two, and values the time he spends with his family as much as his work in the community.
