Cindy Fry

As Vice President, Branch Administration, Pacific Northwest, Cindy is a branch network strategist who focuses on delivering service described as “more than what is expected!” Finding new ways to connect with members, Cindy supports over 29 branches located in Washington, Northern Idaho and three military installation branches in Italy. She believes that connecting with members through a personalized service approach will lead to their financial stability. She sponsors several credit union task forces that focus on eliminating pain points to enhance the member journey and improve the employee experience. Cindy has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management from University of Phoenix and serves on the Seattle Children’s Advisory Board for Credit Union for Kids. She currently lives in Renton, Washington with her fiancé and three cats.
