Fabiola A. Ortiz

Regional Retail Director Tennessee Valley Federal Credit

Fabiola Ortiz is a Regional Retail Operations Director at Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union in southeast Tennessee with more than $1.5 billion in assets and more than 150,000 members. In this role, Ortiz is involved with all aspects of the retail banking environment, including sales, member service, productivity and effectiveness.

When TVFCU debuted interactive teller machines in 2015 to the Chattanooga, Tenn., market, Ortiz was instrumental in the implementation in the retail branch network. She understands the importance of using the latest technology while incorporating a positive member experience and draws upon her 12 years with the credit union.

Ortiz holds a bachelor’s in Management and Organizational Development from Bethel University and has two decades of member service experience. She was recognized as a top 10 Latino leader in Chattanooga in 2013 and serves on TVFCU’s Diversity and Inclusion Council.
