Executive Director, Learning & Development Chase Bank

Gina is the firmwide Executive Director of Faculty Solutions. She leads resource planning, coordination, logistics and the digital learning community experience. Most recently Gina led the transformation to in-branch learning delivery, including virtual and digital cohort learning modalities. She collaborated with LTS and branch leaders to develop the system architecture needed to attain the current target state of 90% in-branch learning consumption. This includes a current cohort learning pilot that provides a digital learning community for all branch new hire job roles.

Gina is also currently leading the Emerging Talent CareerWise NY Associate Apprentice program. She is collaborating with key stakeholders across HR and the firm to bring this new program to life in the NY metro branches.

Gina and her team lead learning delivery strategy and execution for CCB Market Expansion. This work includes coordinating resources and technology, managing learning plans and influencing training sites. Most recently Gina is leading the exploration of new accessible learning delivery modalities for the Gallaudet University branch, serving the deaf and hard-of-hearing.

Gina is a credible, respected, strategic leader who effectively collaborates with both senior business leaders and HR colleagues. She manages a team of 4 Training Managers. Gina’s role includes developing and executing learning delivery strategies, relationship management; client interface, building and leading teams.

Prior to her current role, Gina spent 15 years as a Regional Training Manager. Early in her career, Gina held positions in the Investment and Consumer Banks. Gina designed and led training programs for several mergers and conversions including the production of learning videos. Gina also designed, implemented and directed a Management Development Program. Throughout her career Gina has held a number of external learning and development certifications in both sales and leadership.

Gina earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas. She is an active member of the DFW HR Market Leadership Team, the HR Lead for Diversity and Inclusion for the DFW market, and an active leader in WOTM. She is the co-lead for Take the Children to Work, and is an active volunteer for JPMC Habitat for Humanity. Earlier this year, Gina was featured on Good Morning Chase discussing virtual training.

Gina’s passion outside of work includes spending time outdoors with her family and hiking in the Rocky Mountains.
