James Lee is the Director of Retail Business Services at Comerica Bank, where he is responsible for managing the delivery capabilities for the branch and self and assisted-service channels (which includes ATMs and ITMs). He leads the design and implementation of end-to-end process and technology solutions that support customer experience, operational risk, and efficiency objectives for the Retail Bank. At Comerica, James drives thought leadership for innovation and future state business capabilities, including the “branch of the future” and other strategic initiatives to digitally enable customer experiences in the Retail channels. He is currently managing the exploration of new branch operating models that are designed to drive efficiency and improve risk profile while enhancing revenue generation. In addition, James is responsible for strategic planning, operational process improvements, and technology support for the consumer lending activities.
