Laura Worzella

Laura serves as the Executive Vice President of Retail Sales and Chief Retail Officer for OneAZ Credit Union. In her role, Laura manages operations at 20 branch locations and hundreds of associates. She leads OneAZ’s digital strategy and partners with the executive committee to develop strategic plans. She has over 20 years of financial industry experience. Laura has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Carolina University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Winthrop University. She was named to the 2020 List of Most Influential Women in Arizona Business by Arizona Business Magazine. Laura is passionate about serving the communities she lives in. She currently serves on the board of St. Mary’s Food Bank and has previously held roles with Habitat for Humanity and March of Dimes.
