Leslie Spence is the Vice President of Member Experience & Branch Operations for Partner Colorado Credit Union in Arvada, CO. For 36 years, she has excelled professionally as a member service and customer care advocate due to her strong empathy for the consumer and innovative spirit. Leslie is passionate about coaching her employees to consistently deliver best-in-class service. She works closely with all levels of the organization to foster behaviors and actions that create a member-first mentality. Outside of work, Leslie motivates and empowers others through her varied speaking engagements, which range from intimate gatherings to large audiences. On a personal note, Leslie and her husband of 30 years have three daughters 25, 23, 21, one granddaughter and one grandson.
