Libby Socha is the embodiment of inspirational leadership at Members Cooperative Credit Union in Duluth, MN. As the Director of Retail Management, Libby’s dynamic approach has ignited positive change throughout her nearly two decades in the credit union movement. Her motivation is to make an impact by offering growth and empowerment for everyone she interacts with. She studied at Duluth Business University where she built a solid foundation in Business Management, this complements her certification in Lean and Six Sigma, allowing Libby to infuse innovation into credit union initiatives. In her pursuit of higher education and financial counseling through CUNA, she demonstrates her dedication to personal and professional development. Beyond her role, Libby’s presence extends to multiple boards, including her local Junior League and the Carlton School District Advisory Board, embodying her motivating and empowering leadership style. Balancing this commitment with her love for family, gardening and singing, Libby embraces a holistic approach to life.
