Marco Alvarez

Marco Alvarez is the Associate Vice President of Branch Strategy for Apple Federal Credit Union. In this capacity Marco oversees the infrastructure needed to provide Apple’s members with the best possible customer experience. This includes ensuring deployment and adoption of branch technology such as ITMs, TCRs, CRM and other tools available. At the same time, Marco is in charge of the performance management of the Eastern Region of Apple Federal. Marco directs branch and retail operations by setting organizational goals, hiring talent, and promoting a member-centric environment. His biggest professional reward is seeing the talent he brings to the organization develop into top leaders that continue to work on improving the financial lives of the members at Apple Federal.  

Marco holds a BA in Psychology from Ashford University and a MA in Organizational Leadership from University of the Rockies. Marco and his family live in the Northern Virginia area, just outside Washington, D.C.
