Day One- December 4th 2024

4:00 PM Optimized and Efficient | Data-Driven Approach to Network Transformation

Financial institutions (FIs) must rethink the structure, operations and role of their channels to remain competitive as evolving consumer behaviors continue to affect delivery strategies. Efficiency is at the forefront of industry-wide priorities in 2024, as FI’s transition from network “right-sizing” to streamlining digital capabilities and lowering cost to serve through self-service channels. Additionally, designing an ideal CX while enhancing employee and client experience continues to be a critical factor driving transformation goals. During this presentation, we will:

·      Review an approach to navigating this increasingly complex technology-rich environment.

·      Discuss the steps required to develop a roadmap best suited to your institution’s strategy and consumer needs.

·      Identify market usage and demand through consumer research and data analytics.

·      Learn how to support branch and self-service efficiency with the right mix of technology & functionality to improve the consumer experience.
