Melissa Perrin

Melissa Perrin serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Culture and Communications Officer at First United Bank, where she focuses on developing and fostering organizational culture and expressing their culture through brand and messaging. Melissa began her career with First United in 2004 and in her current role, she oversees culture, communications, and marketing. Her focus is on purpose, values, and vision work, employee and customer engagement, workplace and customer space environments, branding and messaging, and their Spend Life Wisely mission. Melissa holds a degree in Public Relations and Communication from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Human Resource Management course, the Stagen Integral Leadership Program, and the Stagen Advanced Leadership Program. Melissa and her husband have two daughters.She has a passion all things health and wellness and the outdoors.
