Nuha Hashem

Nuha Hashem is the co-founder of Cozmo AI, a VC- and YC–backed startup based in San Francisco building AI workforces for regulated sectors like banking and financial services. She leads product and engineering, helping enterprises automate complex voice operations with real-time, compliant AI agents. After two years of pursuing her PhD in the US, she dropped out to build her startup full time. She is a Future 50 PMI leader and also an honoree of the Future 100 in UAE.
