Thinking strategically about your network and where branches should be located based on customer need can be an overwhelming experience. But Randy Bresee of Rivermark Community Credit Union has been there and done that and wants to show you how his credit union thought through this process and came up with the concept for a Member Resource Center. A large part of this session will highlight the use and locations of the ITM’s within the Member Resource Centers for max impact and reallocating the teller transactions to Interactive Solution Specialists located off site. This not only allows for a deeper consultation with members by onsite Member Solution Specialists to identify and recommend high value financial solutions but also enables after hours service with the ITM team.
