Rhonda Black

As the Signal Financial FCU Mobile Branch Manager, Rhonda is responsible for the overall strategic planning and deployment of the Signal “On the Go” Mobile Branch, to ensure consistent visibility and engagement throughout the DC, MD, and VA markets. She also has the responsibility of leading a dynamic team of both a Mobile Member Relationship Specialist and Advisor, dedicated to supporting the delivery of the distinctive Signal member experience, outside business development, and financial education with the use of the various Mobile Branch technology components. Rhonda has held a variety of leadership positions in both a large Commercial Bank, as well as a Credit Union for over 13 years.
