Rik Kielbasa is Chief Digital Officer at Truliant Federal Credit Union; a North Carolina based Credit Union chartered in 1952 with over $2 billion in Assets. More than twenty years of financial services industry experience and currently responsible for organizing, planning and directing the strategic activities and direction of the following areas: Digital Member Experience, Innovation, Member Contact Center, Deposit Administration, Card Services, ATM and Electronic Fraud Management. Led design and implementation of credit union wide member centric service and sales strategy, process and infrastructure. Awarded Presidents Technology Award for the design and implementation of credit union sales CRM solution to provide 360 degree view of member relationships, profile, interactions and opportunities. Led branch network through a 15 branch De Novo expansion that prototyped the organizations vision of the “Branch of Tomorrow”. Mr. Kielbasa holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
