Roy Mansch

Roy Mansch is the Vice President of Retail Operations for Credit Union of America in Wichita, KS. He started on his exciting journey in the world of banking and credit unions nearly 20 years ago as a part time Financial Services Representative. He had just finished his B. A.s Degree at Wichita State University and had wanted to become a teacher and a coach. Realizing the banking career allowed him an opportunity to educate members and customers in the world of personal finances, he continued to look for development and growth opportunities that would allow him to pursue his passions. This translated into coaching, developing, and mentoring individuals and teams. Roy transitioned through a few roles from starting as a part time Financial Services Representative and growing to his current role as the Vice President of Retail Operations. He currently oversees operations for Credit Union of America’s 14 branches across Kansas, coaches and develops Regional Vice Presidents, and is responsible for leading staff achievement of organization, strategic, and branch goals.
