Xan Gentile

Xan Gentile is head of account management at Blend, a leading digital lending platform that partners with banks and credit unions to streamline the way they work with their customers. Xan has led various aspects of customer success at Blend for the last 5 years – launching the mortgage platform with early customers, building the deployments and account management teams for long-term growth and partnership, and working with a broad array of customers to expand the platform into consumer banking.

Prior to Blend, Xan worked at a small software agency at the front-edge of mobile app development, and prior to that traveled the world as an IBM consultant. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Georgia Tech.
