Bring any and all questions to these roundtables that will cover transformation basics. Expect to hear one speaker share their approach to one of two different digital transformation topics (ITM’s & Practical AI) to help you either figure out your approach or decide on something else.

For the first time this year, we will be dedicating an entire day specifically to improving your customer’s digital experiences. From web and app experiences to payments to security, this day will focus on how streamlining your digital experiences can help improve the experience your customers by freeing up the time of your employees to focus on building relationships & establishing trust and members are having in branch.
Innovators Awards
Our innovators awards will be your chance to nominate your fellow finance leaders who have succeeded in the categories of design, CX and technology. Finalists will be announced on the first day of the conference and will have the opportunity to share their project with the audience on the afternoon of Day Two. Attendees will be asked to vote on the morning of Day Three for the winners for each category, who will then be awarded with a prize!
